Job Title: Production Supervisor
Location: Cleveland, OH
Summary of Position:

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of a 25-30 person production line, inclusive of cutting, labeling, stamping and packing product. General supervisor tasks include training, direction, assistance, appraisals, and discipline of assigned production associates.

Responsibilities:
    • - Supervising hourly associates and overseeing daily production schedule on a high volume printed product packaging line.
    • - Organizing, assigning, instructing and directing the daily tasks of production team members and ensuring those tasks are completed efficiently and with great attention to quality.
    • - Ensuring that production areas are properly staged, inventory is stocked, and notifies the proper department when stock reaches designated minimum levels.
    • - Maintaining and enforcing department standards including safety and regulations, supporting continuous improvement, teaching productivity techniques and monitoring progress.
    • - Assist with the performance management of line associates (performance appraisals and reviews, discipline, training, recommendations, etc.).
    • - Work closely with HR Department to interview, hire, and cross-train new reports.
    • - Responsible for the cleanliness and orderliness of work areas to a 5S standard.
    • - Responsible for the enforcement of company safety policies and compliance with OSHA standards and regulations.
Requirements:
    • - BS/BA in a business, technical or manufacturing related field.
    • - 2+ years of experience supervising 20+ direct reports in a high volume, labor intensive, packaging, or light assembly environment
    • - Understanding of production planning and process flow in a manufacturing environment
    • - High attention to detail, quality control, and continuous improvement
    • - Prior leadership training, mentoring, or coaching training is a plus
    • - Strong communications and leadership skills

Job Title: Assistant Facilities Manager
Location: Cleveland, OH
Summary of Position:

Seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to support the management of our main manufacturing facility and office complex in the Cleveland area.

Responsibilities:
    • - Assists in the management and oversight of preventative and predictive maintenance and repair activities related to the client’s headquarter facility. Manages related activities of maintenance department and closely coordinates with staff engineering and 3rd party contractors
    • - Manages and evaluates performance for assigned staff. Communicates performance expectations, monitor performance, delegate assignments, provide opportunity for cross training and the development of skills and counsel on performance problems
    • - Manages contracts and contractors engaged in support to provide Site Services including but not limited to janitorial, landscaping, cafe, HVAC, office signage, non-hazardous waste, and various facility update and maintenance projects
    • - Assists in the administration of Facilities Services budget including planning, monitoring, forecasting, approving invoices, and accruals for equipment, supplies and services utilized within the department
    • - Writes and enforces department operating procedures to ensure that all safety, regulatory, environmental and legal requirements are adhered to
    • - Manages work orders as needed to maintain site
    • - Champions safety for all aspects of services provided
Requirements:
    • - AS or BA/BS in Management, Engineering, or other related degree is preferred
    • - 5+ years of facility management experience in a manufacturing setting or a similar capacity
    • - Project management and supervisory experience required
    • - Experience in the development and management of Service Contracts is preferred
    • - Solid knowledge of technical systems preferred

Summary of Position:

Seattle Washington based sales position requiring extensive travel to multiple states within assigned territory. Must be a ‘road warrior" used to 75% + travel, willing to learn the business, and meet face to face with customers within large and small markets.

Job Title: Sales Representative, VFW Market
Location: Cleveland, OH
Summary of Position:

Sell and tele-network to all customers with a strong focus on VFW and American Legion market east of the Mississippi River. Contact customers; promote pull tab products and sell gaming products. This is a high output position involving daily contact with customers, sales, marketing, and customer service. The focus is on selling, developing relationships, finding current product to satisfy the needs of the customers. Vet-only should apply.

Responsibilities:
    • - Prospect and sell products to all VFW and American Legion accounts in assigned territory.
    • - Persistence will be a key factor in the success of this position as relationships will need to be cultivated
    • - Work with the New Game Manager/Coordinators and Sales Managers to solicit business and handle orders and print requests from larger accounts as needed
    • - Develop new sales strategies from customer feedback
    • - E- Mail lists and games, fax information and get the order after determining the needs of customers
    • - Use and promote the Universal and Arrow Websites – train accounts on how to find specific products, remain current on new product offerings
    • - Provide excellent customer service
    • - Call reports should be recapped weekly.
    • - Significant travel required for sales call and specific trade shows
    • - Identify quality concerns and ensure they are addressed as information becomes available
Requirements:
    • - Must be a military Veteran
    • - 3+ years successful field sales or telesales experience
    • - Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
    • - Excellent phone skills
    • - Ability to handle questions, complaints and a multitude of issues simultaneously
    • - Charitable Gaming industry experience is a plus; club sales experience to VFW, Eagles, Legions, etc. will be extremely helpful

Job Title: Jar Ticket Sales Specialist

Summary of Position:

Seeking a high energy, outgoing sales specialist to assist in the on-time-delivery of new games including artwork, payouts, flyers and game release details to customers, sales, marketing and manufacturing.
